The research was aimed to know the effect of the mixture of neem leaf, crab shell flour and urea to control population of root-knot nematode (Meloidogyne incognita) in tomato plant. It was executed at green house and in the Laboratory of Nematology Major of Plant pest and disease, Agriculture Faculty Sriwijaya University at September until Desember of 200 & Completely Randomized Desing was the method of this research, which used 5 treatments including control and repeated 5 times. The treatments were, a = control, withouth treatments (with nematode), b = furadan 2 g per 3 kg of polybag soil, c = NKU (mixture of neem, crab, and urea) 10 g per 3 kg of polybag soil, d = NKU (mixture of neem, crab, and urea) 20 g per 3 kg of polybag soil, e = NKU (mixture of neem, crab, and urea) 30 g per 3 kg of polybag soil. Parameter of this research were root demage intensity, root-knot amount, egg mass amount, nematode population in 125 g of soil, crown fresh weight, and ffesh root weight. Root-knot nematode {Meloidogyne incognita) control in tomato plant by the using the mixture of neem leaf, shell crabs and urea based on analysis result, were influenced very real to the intensyti of toot demage, root-knot amount, egg amount, nematode population in 125 g of soil and root fresh weight, while crown fresh weight was influenced well. The using of NKU mixture 20 g per polybag was the treatment, because it can decrease the intensity o f toot damage, root-knot amount, nematode amount in 125 g of soil, and also to increase root fresh weight of tomato plant. By giving NKU 30 g per polybag can decrease egg mass amount of nematode in tomato plant, and by giving the mixture NKU 10 g per polybag can increase crown fresh weight of tomato plant.
