This research about Demand and Supply for Superior Varieties of Rice Seed Certified in The District East Oku of South Sumatera Province, held in March-April 2020. This study aims to: (1) Describing the agribusiness system in certified superior variety rice seed farmers that include upstream subsystems, cultivation subsystems, and downstream subsystems, (2) Analyze the development of the number of demand for certified superior rice seeds in East OKU Regency and analyze the number of supply of certified superior variety rice seed products in OKU Regency in 2016-2020, (3) Identifying certified superior rice seed products in East OKU Regency is classified as saturated or unsaturated. The research methods used are survey and historical methods. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The results showed that (1) Agribusiness systems carried out in certified superior varieties of rice seed handlers in East OKU Regency include subsystems of procurement and distribution of facilities in the form of land availability, seeds fertilizers, and tools, then cultivation subsystems in the form of rice seed sorting,seeding, land processing, planting, maintenance, rouging, and harvesting, product processing subsystems in the form of rice seed processing as drying and grading, and packaging, and marketing subsystems are carries out directly from producer to consumer, (2) The development of demand average development of 3,36% and the development of ceritified superior variety rice seed supply in 2016-2020 in East OKU Regency experiencing fluctuations (decrease an in crease) with an average development of 0,41%, (3) Seed productsof certified superior varieties in East OKU Regency are classified as unsaturated.
