The research intend to study condition water of management in two location, in Village of Telang Karya Delta Telang I Primer 8-12 south and Village of Jatisari Karang Agung Ilir Primer 5 and to indentify any factor influence water of management and give recommendation and suggestion to make be better water of management in unoptimal location.The research was done with field survey method, the activity is to collect data of land condition, network of water management and characteristic of soil physical tahat soil texture, soil colour, soil hidroulic conductifity and direct interview with farmer.The result of the research in Village of Telang Karya Delta Telang I Primer 8-12 south is looked the condition of water management had been doing best and there are two sluice in tertiary line, there is one in the village’s line and one in the priority drainage’s line. Sluice just there in tertiary no 1 until tertiary line no 8. Where as there are no sluice n tertiary no 9 until tertiary no 12. There are no sluice in secondary line because this direct to river and this is the traffic of water transportation.System of water management in the Village of Jatisari Karang Agung IlirPrimer 5 had been not doing best. It did because condition of tertiary line is highlythan secondary line, so that water cannot insert to the field and there are no sluice intertiary line.
