APLIKASI MODEL RAHMAN PADA ALOKASI INVESTASI REGIONAL DI INDONESIA
Investment is one of the important components in encouraging economic growth. Investment can be spread in various regions or concentrated in one area spatially. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the distribution of investment allocations and the factors that influence regional investment allocations in Indonesia. The data used is secondary data with a ten-year research period, from 2011 to 2020. The data analysis technique uses the Entropy Theil Index and multiple linear regression analysis using the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method. The results of the study show that (a) there is an investment disparity the Western Region of Indonesia in DKI Jakarta and there is an equal distribution of investment the Eastern Region of Indonesia in West Papua; (b) saving has a positive and significant impact on investment allocation in Indonesia; (c) the incremental capital output ratio has a positive and significant impact on investment allocation in Indonesia.
