STUDI PENGARUH TEMPERATUR KOMPAKSI PADA PEMBUATAN KERAMIK HIDROKSIAPATIT MELALUI PROSES SINTERING DINGIN
Research has been carried out on the manufacture of hydroxyapatite ceramics by the cold sintering method. In the manufacture of hydroxyapatite ceramics by cold sintering method using low-temperature techniques. The research was conducted at temperatures of 1500C, 2000C, and 2500C with a pressure of 600 Mpa in a holding time of 10 minutes. Sample analysis was performed using density, compression, and XRD tests. From the results obtained from the density test at each temperature, the average percentage value of porosity at temperatures of 1500C, 2000C, and 2500C decreased because it was influenced by the increase in temperature given during compaction. In testing the compressive strength at each pressure of the hydroxyapatite ceramic with temperatures of 1500C, 2000C, and 2500C at a pressure of 600 MPa, in this test, the graph experienced a decrease in the average value of the compressive strength caused by the same thing, which was influenced by high temperatures during cold sintering compaction. In the XRD test, it was found that the resulting spectrum corresponds to the graph generated by the ICDD standard.
