The Manna River is located in Ulu Manna District, Bengkulu Selatan Regency, Bengkulu Province, as in the geologically included in The Manna and Enggano Map. In this case, the analysis process is carried out in an area of 9 x 9km, containing two formations, namely The Simpang Aur Formation (Tmps) and The Lemau Formation (Tml). The research area morphologically has an elevation of 25-350mdpl with geological conditions consisting of igneous rock, sedimentary rock, and alluvium deposits. In addition to the slope of the river, the condition of the rock unit is one of the controllers for morphometric change. Morphometric analysis using supporters of the processing geographical information system data, particularly DAS of Manna River as the quantitative measurement parameters such as slope, river width (W), flow length (S), neck length (L), axis length (A), and sinuosity (C) which is the comparison between 1999 and 2019. Based on the results from data analysis that has been processed there are several movements of sinuosity value, and the river shows that the level of erosion in the study area has increased.
