This study aims to analyze the comparison of the health level of BUMN Sharia Commercial Banks and BUMS Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia with using the RGEC method (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings, and Capital). The population of this study amounted to 14 Islamic Commercial Banks registered with the Financial Services Authority for the 2013-2018 period.. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling method with a sample of 3 BUMN Sharia Commercial Banks and 3 BUMS Sharia Commercial Banks. The research method used by researchers is a comparative descriptive analysis. The type of data used in this research is quantitative and the data source of this research is secondary data. The results of this study indicate that BUMN Sharia Commercial Banks have an average health level of 80% with the predicate 'Healthy' which is superior to BUMS Islamic Commercial Banks which have an average health level of 73.33% with the same predicate, namely 'Healthy’. State-owned Sharia Commercial Banks have superior performance in the ratio of FDR, GCG, ROA, BOPO. Meanwhile, BUMS Sharia Commercial Banks have a superior performance in the NPF and CAR ratios.
