DESAIN SISTEM IDENTIFIKASI KUALITAS TELUR AYAM RAS BERBASIS SENSOR FOTODIODA
In Eggs are a source of animal protein needed by humans to complete food needs. Consumers sometimes get the eggs they buy in unfavorable conditions. This is because the egg sorting process still uses the manual method, namely by looking at the eggs under the light and soaking the eggs into the air. However, manual observation has the possibility of errors due to limited senses and fatigue factors that have an impact on the accuracy of visual detection. This study aims to build an automatic chicken egg quality system based on a photodiode sensor to be more accurate by using the RGB color space method based on the color intensity used. The results were obtained in the process of taking data from 118 items to determine the value of the RGB frequency on the reference egg which will be used as data on the microcontroller programming. After getting the desired data from the 118 broiler eggs, the object was tested with 101 broiler eggs where 26 eggs were detected as good and 70 eggs were detected as damaged with a total of 96 eggs that were successful and 5 eggs failed to be detected. From the test results, the percentage of success of the chicken egg quality system is 95.05%.
