EVALUASI KINERJA SEISMIK BANGUNAN TINGGI GEDUNG APARTEMEN BASILICA DENGAN PERFORMANCE BASED DESGIN
The building structure is an element that is planned, calculated and analyzed by the planner. The building structure is divided into two, namely the upper structure and the lower structure. The superstructure elements include beams, columns, floor slabs, and roofs. In this study, the structure of the building analyzed is located in the city of Palembang, namely Basillica apartment. The choice of this building is because it has a height of 19 floors, so the location of the selection is included in the category of tall buildings that are prone to earthquake loads. This study uses the main basic concepts in structural planning with an earthquake resistant structural system, namely SNI 03-2847-2019 as Structural Concrete Requirements for Buildings and SNI 03-1726-2019 as Earthquake Resistant Planning Procedures for Buildings and Non-Buildings. The loading rules used are SNI 1727-2019. The building structure is in an elastic condition at the Immediate Occupancy (IO) performance level, which means the structure does not suffer major damage so that the stiffness of the structure is in the initial condition, while in inelastic conditions it is at the Damage Control (DC) level, which means the structure can withstand the load of the structure until it enters life safety (LS) stage. The maximum lateral deviation value obtained on the x-axis is 3880.91 tons with a drift of 246.3 mm, while on the y-axis it is 6065.01 tons with a drift of 324.7 mm.
