Parking capacity is a factor in service and convenience of buildings or areas to accommodate visitors. Parking fee is a reference to link between available parking capacity, service level, and facilities given. Descriptive statistics are used to summaries parking-characteristic data. Household budged method is used to collect financial data for ability to pay (ATP) from respondens, trip rate method is used for trip generation data, and stated preference method is used to collect willingness to pay (WTP) data from respondents. This study aims to analyze parking characterictic, trip rate, parking load capacity, and respondents’s ATP/WTP in Rumah Sakit Pelabuhan Palembang. In this period, 58 cars park in weak time and 47 motorcycles park in weak time. Capacity for car is 50 slot and 30 slot for motorcycles, where parking capacity analisys result at work day indicated overload by the value of PI = 1,16 (PI >1) for cars and PI = 1,56 (PI >1) for motorcycles. Trip generation for cars is 15 PCE/hour and 15 PCE/hour for motorcycles. The result of ATP analysis is Rp. 9.900, where respondents ATP average is Rp. 12.174,44. The results of willingness to pay calculation is Rp. 8.485,98 for car and Rp. 5.598,13 for motorcycles.
