The objective of the research were to know the effect of insecticide nabati, mikrobia, sintetik to Piute/la xyloste//a (Linn.) at crop of Brassica juncea. The research had been conducted in field farmer at Kelurahan Sukabangun Kecamatan Sukarami, Palembang city, from January to July 2005. The research was arranged using Group Randomized Design (GRD) with 5 treatments and 4 replication. The data which had been collected were analyzed by using the analises of variants continoued by honest significant test. The parameters observed were namely population of larvae, pupae, intensity of damage P. xyloste//a on feld of B. juncea The result showed that the insecticide were used have a good effect to reduced. The population of larvae, pupae, and intensity of damage of P. xyloste//a on field B. juncea. B. thuringiensis was the best insecticide to suppressed the intensity of damage of P. xy/oste//a at crop of Brassica juncea, with dosis 1 g/1.
