In this time, electricity is a requisite that must be met. To produce a good distribution and service, in planning the electrical system must attended to the balance of loads per phase. An unbalanced load will leads current in the neutral wire, losses in the transformer and affect the value of the efficiency of a transformer. Based on the results of research conducted on distribution transformers in the Pusri Sako Housing Complex, it was found that the load imbalance value caused a neutral current in the distribution transformer PB 97. The value of neutral current before equalization burden on the direction C and majors D is of 62.10 A and 21.10 A after load distribution are 0.78 A and 0.3 A. And the value of copper losses (before load distribution is 4.705 KW and after load distribution is 4.384 KW. The value of losses in the neutral current before load distribution is 0.533 KW and after load distribution is 0.0000036 KW. Efficiency value increased after equalization, although not so much. The percentage of transformer efficiency before load equalization is 86.68% and the percentage of transformer efficiency after load distribution is 90.05 %.
