ANALISA KOORDINASI RELE ARUS LEBIH (OCR) DAN GFR PADA SISI MASUKAN (INCOMING) 70 KV DAN PENYULANG 20 KV GARDU INDUK SEDUDUK PUTIH PALEMBANG MENGGUNAKAN POLA KASKADE
Electric power is very useful both in meeting household needs or the needs of the industrial world. Electricity needs in the city of Palembang are supplied by several substations (GIs), such as GI Seduduk Putih, GI Keramasan and so on. At each substation through a power transformer that will serve the feeder. One of the problems that exist in the substation, namely in one of the feeders of the power transformer, a short circuit often occurs. For this reason, calculations are carried out regarding the timing of the overcurrent relay and the ground fault relay on the 70 kV side of the transformer, the 20 kV transformer side, and two 20 kV feeders (Beo Feeder and Kenari Feeder) at the Seduduk Putih Substation. From the calculation results, the value of 2-phase short circuit fault obtained is 5106.2824 A (20 kV side) and 1459.0052 A (70 Kv side), while the value of 1 phase short circuit to ground fault is 272.8766 A. TMS of the overcurrent relay on the 70 kV side is 0.2757; on the 20 kV side of 0.1755; on the Beo feeder side is 0.07714 and the Kenari feeder side is 0.07067. The TMS value of the ground fault relay on the 70 kV side is 0.3403; on the 20 kV side of 0.2166; on the Beo feeder side is 0.0928 and the Kenari feeder side is 0.08286.
