The Covid-19 pandemic is an epidemic that this year is scary for all countries including Indonesia and its biggest impact is on transportation with social distancing. This social distancing has an impact on activities such as changing the behavior of online motorcycle taxis during the Covid-19 pandemic in East Jakarta which was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 400 respondents in the city of East Jakarta. Data processing in the form of respondent characteristics during the pandemic, cross tabulation between statements and respondents' personal data and analysis using multiple linear regression to obtain a model of change during the Covid-19 pandemic. Based on the results obtained, the model of the choice of conventional transportation modes (conventional motorcycle taxis) is as follows, with the help of SPSS, namely Y = 4.131 - 0.363 X2 + 0.190 X5 - 0.258 X1 - 0.378 X7 - 0.189 X4 + 0.154 X8. The online modes of transportation (Go-jek and Grab Bike) are as follows, namely Y = 1.993 + 0.6 X2 + 0.21 X3 - 0.412 X4 - 0.122 X7.
