Palembang city is one of the cities where the population is using bicycles as a means of transportation. Many cyclists in the city of Palembang use LRT type mass transportation with the aim of shortening the journey. However, in the bicycle transportation facilities in the city of Palembang is considered not effective the need for improvement or an evaluation so that the provision of infrastructure can be utilized properly. This research aims to analyze the availability of bicycle parking at LRT stations, assess and provide solutions to improve the integration of bicycles and LRT in South Sumatera, to describe the condition of bicycle transportation facilities in the city of Palembang, and to analyze ATP and WTP for the provision of increased bicycle parking in the city of Palembang. The calculation of the TOPSIS method shows that the Cinde LRT station of the four stations reviewed is the most integrated LRT station with bicycle transportation according to the predetermined sub-criteria assessment. Cinde Station can be used as a reference for other stations to achieve minimum service standards of intermodal integration. Then on the results of the questionnaire distributed to active bicycle users, the expectations and priorities of active bicycle users in the city of Palembang towards the planning of increasing bicycle lanes in the form of protected bicycle lanes (there are physical restrictions) and bicycle parking in the form of increasing security systems at the points of South Sumatra LRT stations. Then, the ATP results of the provision of improvement of bicycle parking facilities were obtained by Rp. 12,928.43 and WTP provided improvements in bicycle parking facilities in the form of improvements in the security system obtained by Rp. 7,250.00.
