At this time the construction of a construction is growing very rapidly, for the progress of a city, one of which is the construction of a residential area. One of the important factors in housing development is the need for a drainage system. One of the housing estates in the city of Palembang that is currently undergoing development is the Center Park housing which is located on Jalan Bypass Alang – Alang Lebar Palembang. Center Park housing is located in an area that is quite densely populated so it is quite strategic to be a place to live. The purpose of this study was to simulate the drainage system, observe the model and size of the drainage channel, and observe the drainage system supporting buildings in housing. In this study using primary and secondary data collection methods. The data collected is drainage channel point data in the form of channel elevation, width, and height data, and topographic data obtained through field surveys and aerial photography using drones, then there is also rainfall data obtained from the BMKG station. Then all the data obtained will be used to perform simulations using the SWMM program. From the SWMM program, data on channel points that experienced flooding were obtained according to the data entered into the program.
