ANALISIS PERBANDINGAN IMBAL HASIL (RETURN) DAN RESIKO SAHAM (RISK) PERUSAHAAN SEKTOR PROPERTY DAN REAL ESTATE DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA
The research is aim to determine 1). What degree of Stock Retums Corporate Property and Real Estate Sector 2). What degree of Shares Risk and Property Real Estate Sector in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data used are secondary data obtained from various sources such as the Indonesia Stock Exchange, The World Investment, Bank Indonesia by using the data in July-December 2010. Based on the analysis, this research shows that stock investments should be in the sub-sector than in Subsector Construction and Real Estate Property. This is because investments in the Construction of Buildings subsector is more profitable investor when viewed from the level of yield and performance of the portfolio. While investment in property and real estate subsector is less favorable because the retums are low while the level of risk is quite high. This is caused by the stock price on the Property sub-sector and Real Estate price fluctuated over the market and some other things that factor from internal or extemal factors (macro) that can affect the change of the level of stock prices compared to the Construction of Buildings subsector.
