ANALISIS PERBANDINGAN KONFIGURASI BALOK ANAK PADA STRUKTUR GEDUNG MAPOLDA PROVINSI SUMATERA SELATAN
This study analyzed the structure of Mapolda South Sumatera building which has seven stories reinforced concrete structure building with one roof floor. This building has a total height of 33 meters, a total length of 65 meters and a total width 40 meters. In this analysis there are three types modeling that is existing model, alternative 1 model and alternative 2 model. The Mapolda South Sumatera building structure uses a special moment frame system. In each modeling, design capacity check and structure behavior are carried out in the form of beam deflection, slab deflection and story drift. In model 1 (existing) it was found that the design checks on several elements of the column were prone to failure. So that structural changes were made by reducing the number of beams so that the load carried by the structural elements especially column and main beam could be reduced (Modeling 2). As a result, the structural elements that are prone to failure are significantly reduced but there are still some elements of the column on the ground floor and the column that support the stairs that have the potential to experience structural failure. Therefore, modeling is continued with alternative model 2 (Modeling 3) by enlarging the dimension of the column which have potential to experince structural failure to 90x90 cm and the result is that the structure is declared safe from the capacity design check. The alternative design 2 is able to produce a structure with a maximum deflection and deviation which is smaller than existing model. Modeling and analysis of structural performance is carried out using the SAP 2000 v14.1.0 program.
