The variety of activities carried out by the community in the Indralaya market causes the emergence of liquid waste problems. Greywater from Indralaya Market sourced from activities carried out in the wet stalls, which include fish stalls, chicken stalls, and meat stalls. Indralaya market greywater has a high pollutant concentration, so it needs to be processed further first discharged into rivers or bodies of water hands from these traders. Based on the problems that occurred in the Indralaya people's market, the installation of wastewater treatment is very important to prevent the discharge of liquid waste directly into the river body. One of the wastewater treatment plant technologies is the utilization of the Upflow Anaerobic Sludge Blanket (UASB) reactor. The efficiency of using a simple UASB reactor in reducing levels of pollutants in the Indralaya market greywater waste, namely BOD₅, there is a parameter removal of 89-95% at a discharge of 0.250L/hour, COD a parameter removal of 89-98% at a discharge of 0.375L/hour, TSS a parameter removal of 94- 96%, at a discharge of 0.2500L/hour and Ammonia parameter removal occurs 99-100% at a discharge of 0.2500L/hour.
