This research is entitled to understand Bankruptcy potential of lextile industry sedor listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) durmg 2008-2012 will purpose predict those Bankruptcy potential. This research is calculating bankruptcy potential in 10 samples from 19 populations. Data used in this research is taken fromfirm’s annualfinancial report, listed in BEI. Analysis technique used in this calculation is Z-Score Altman bankruptcy prediction model, between five variables: working Capital to total asset ratio; retained earnings to total assets ratio; EBIT t o total assets ratio; market value equity t o book value of total debt ratio; and sales to total assets ratio. During sampling periods, 2008 to 2012, shows that 10 samples for textile sector industries have Bankruptcy potential, but one firm managed to stay in grey areas within each year: PT. Pan Brothers, Tbk. Firm that qualijy as healthy textile firm industry can't he found so f cor in this research.
