Indonesia is one of the countries with active seismicity, so it is necessary to design a structure that is resistant to earthquake loads. The purpose of this research is to analyze the response and performance of the uniform 10-storey building model structure in the areas of Palembang, Jakarta, and Palu, as well as using variations of the concrete quality specifications of 30 MPa, 40 MPa, and 50 MPa with SAP 2000 structural analysis program. The responses of the structure analyzed consist of base shear, lateral drift, and inter-floor drift. Meanwhile, the structural performance analysis produced the performance points and performance levels based on ATC-40. The results of the response spectrum analysis in form of shear strength are 311,4141 tons, 387,4429 tons and 492,0586 tons for Palembang, Jakarta and Palu areas with the smallest increase in the force of 24.4411%. and 58.0078 %. The largest lateral deviation (δ_i) in X and Y directions occurs in the PL30 model of 156.7815 mm and the smallest in the PG50 model of 67.3039 mm. The results of the nonlinear pushover analysis at the performance point state that the largest displacement is in the PL30 model of 194.791 mm in the X and Y directions, and the smallest is the PG50 model of 70.833 mm. Based on the displacement results at the performance point, it is found that all the models reviewed have an Immediate Occupancy (IO) performance level. Based on the structural response and structural performance analysis for the design and dimensions of the same structural elements, the optimum concrete quality that can be used for each Palembang are 30 MPa and Jakarta are 50 Mpa. Meanwhile, Palu is still have to be re-planned either improving the quality of concrete, changing dimensions or adding shear walls to the structure.
