The research was conducted in PT. Pertamina EP Sumatra Region. This study aims to determine how the implementation of employee health care program in PT. Pertamina EP Sumatra Region and to assess whether the implementation of employee health care program in PT. Pertamina EP Sumatra Region has been running effectively and efficiently. In this study, conducted management audits of employee health care program in PT. Pertamina EP Sumatra Region. Based on these audits, produced some of the findings on employee health care program in PT. Pertamina EP Sumatra Region. The findings of the first is still the employees who utilize health care facilities for children who are not in the mortgage company again, disadvantaged and consequently the company into health care programs are not working effectively. The second finding is the presence of employee health care procedures that are not running as it should, cause losses for the company. The third finding is about employee satisfaction survey on health care programs are not routinely done, so the company cannot know the level of employee satisfaction to health care programs that already exist.
