The resort is one of the destinations for tourists on vacation, natural potential and various tourist attractions are one of the important components as a resort attraction. Kiluan Bay is rich in natural potential, especially its underwater beauty, this area is also a dolphin migration path which makes the Kiluan Bay area meet the criteria in resort design. Environmental conditions that can be a problem but can also be utilized if addressed properly, therefore the bioclimatic architectural approach is combined with traditional architecture but packaged in modern nuances such as the use of exposed concrete and glass materials, the building is expected to be able to respond to environmental conditions and still have local value. The zoning of space also takes into account the convenience of visitors so that visitors who stay are made into a special area. The sun's heat is used as a source of energy in each mass, and utilizes the wind around the site as natural ventilation so that every building no longer uses artificial ventilation. For clean water, use a bore well which is pumped into a water reservoir and then directed to each building.
