A construction project is a series of activities that contain many harmful elements that can cause work accidents. Work accidents themselves are caused by unsafe actions and unsafe conditions. Unsafe action is interpreted as actions that can potentially cause work accidents due to ignoring existing work safety procedures. This research was conducted in the construction project of the Indralaya-Prabumulih toll road. The purpose of the study was to find out the factors that most influence construction workers' unsafe actions and to find out what unsafe actions are most likely to cause work accidents. The type of research used is descriptive research with a quantitative approach where primary data is obtained using questionnaires distributed to respondents. Study respondents were determined using a non-probability method with a purposive sampling approach. From the analysis conducted, it was concluded that the factors that most affect the unsafe actions of construction workers are the level of lighting while working at night (average value = 4.87) and unsafe actions that most potentially cause work accidents are not wearing personal protective equipment according to the type of hazard at work (average value = 4.73).
