This study airned to determine the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return on Equity (ROE), Earning Per Share (EPS) and Injlation on Stock Return Financial Sector Companies of the Sub Sector Bank in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population of this study w as 30 Financial Companies of The Bank Sub Sector Listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2015. The samples w e re taken by using purposive sampling technique with certain criteria to get 28 Financial Companies of The Bank Sub Sector on Indonesia Stock Exchange. The technique of data analysis was Multiple Linear Regression. The result of research partially indicated that Return on Equity (ROE) and Earning Per Share (EPS) had significant effect on Stock Return while Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Injlation had no significant effect on Stock Return. While simultaneously indicated that the variable DER, ROE, and EPS were significantly influence to Stock Return.
