ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KEPUTUSAN KONSUMEN MEMILIH TEMPAT KURSUS KOMPUTER PALCOMTECH PALEMBANG
The objectives of this research are 1) knowing factors that influencing consumer decision to choose Palcomtech Palembang Computer course and 2) knowing dominant factor that influencing consumer decision to choose Palcomtech Palembang Computer course. The result of research indicate that research factor analyse for variables of influencing consumer decision to choose Palcomtech Palembang Computer course, according to the result of factor anaiysis, from 20 variables grouped to 4 factors. These factors are teachers and Service factor, product and place factor, price factor, and promotion factor. From multiple linier regression anaiysis, we find that teachers and Service factor is the dominant factor that influencing consumer decision to choose Palcomtech Palembang Computer course. Therefore, the Palcomtech Palembang management should be improving the quality of teachers and Service to the students
