ISOLASI SENYAWA ANTIMALARIA DARI JAMUR ENDOFITIK TUMBUHAN SAMBILOTO (ANDROGRAPHIS PANICULATA NEES)
The endophytic microorganism is a form of bacteria or a fungi microorganism that form colonies interiororgans of plants, but does not harm the host plant. The secondary metabolites compound heve been isolated from endophytic fungi (Aspergillus flavus) living in symbiotic dill for malaria that is sambiloto ( Andrographis paniculata Nees ). Isolation begin with cultivation of Aspergillus flavus fungi in 2 liter of PDB's media ( Potato Dextrose Broth ) for four weeks. Media is extracted into the solvent ethyl acetate following by evaporation. Ethyl acetate extracts were separated by chromatography techniques in order to get pure compound in the form of white crystal. Phytochemical tests showed that the isolated compound is the alkaloid, Base on of all the spectroscopy correlation data UV, IR, ]H-NMR, 13C-NMR, HMQC, and HMBC, showed that result of isolation compound is alkaloid piridin's derivate, that is 7- hydroxypiranopiridin-4-on with molecule formula C8H7N02 (Mr= 149). The result of isolation compound showed that activity as anti malarial to Plasmodium falciparum 3D7, and assigns value IC5o 0,03 jag/L or 0,201 uM.
