Palembang is the capital city of South Sumatra which has an area of 400.2 km2. In terms of hobbies, interest in ornamental fish in Palembang is quite high, especially for freshwater ornamental fish. Even so, the place where buying and selling interactions in Palembang itself is felt is still lacking because most of the ornamental fish sellers still sell their wares in unofficial places, such as on the shoulder of the road, so that the roads are not free from traffic jams. From the above problems, an idea emerged to be able to make facilities that are not only in the aquaculture sector but also in the sales sector into one location, because as discussed above the manufacture of this facility aims to be able to develop the potential of an ornamental fish, because at this time most of the the place only sells an ornamental fish, which makes new hobbyists a little difficult to care for this ornamental fish, therefore this culture facility can also be an educational tourist spot for people who want to know about processes such as rearing and caring for ornamental fish.
