KOORDINASI SETTING RELE ARUS LEBIH DAN RELE GANGGUAN TANAH PADA TRANSFORMATOR DAYA I 60 MVA DAN PENYULANG DISTRIBUSI 20 KV GARDU INDUK NEW JAKABARING
Abstract – In the Industrial 4.0 era, electricity are the main thing that support daily life activities. Therefore, In the distribution of electric power to the consumers should be good in quality and reliable against faults. In the distribution of electric power , it’s never free from Short Circuit faults. So, to localize the fault while protecting the main equipment in the distribution of protection, it needs relay coordination . The New Jakabaring Substation is equipped with protection relays, namely Over Current Relay (OCR) to anticipate two-phase short-circuit faults and Ground Fault Relay (GFR) to anticipate single-phase earth-short circuit faults. The study began with data collection in the observations field at the New Jakabaring Substation. Based on the calculations, it is known that the two-phase and single-phase short-circuit currents in the transformer consecutively are 1429.286 A and 37.886 A. In the Kutai feeder, the two-phase and single-phase short-circuit currents consecutively are 2108.550 A and 257.406 A, while in the Mataram feeder, two-phase and single-phase shortcircuit currents were obtained consecutively are 1498,833 A and 243,504 A. The values of the TMS OCR setting on the 150 kV transformer is 0.31 and the 20 kV side is 0.18. TMS OCR settings for the Kutai and Mataram feeders respectively are 0.08 and 0.07. The values of the TMS GFR on the 150 kV side of the transformer is 0.40 and the 20 kV side is 0.23. TMS GFR setting for both Kutai and Mataram feeders are same, They are 0.1
