PERENCANAAN PENGELOLAAN LINGKUNGAN TAMBANG BATUAN ANDESIT DI PT. BUKIT ASAM TBK. TANJUNG ENIM, SUMATERA SELATAN
PT. Bukit Asam Tbk Tanjung Enim Mining Unit (UPTE) is a state-owned company (BUMN) engaged in mining. Planning is the determination of the goals and objectives of the activities to be achieved. In andesite mining in quarry mines, there is no overburden due to hilly soil conditions, which are mostly formed by accumulated rocks to form hills. Therefore, it is necessary to plan and study things that are useful for preparing land so that the reclamation process can be successful. These include land use, revegetation, and appropriate costs for reclamation in areas after andesite mining (according to the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Decree No. 1827K / 30 / MEM 2018). The research method used is by combining data between theory and data in the field so that evaluation results and solutions will be obtained in solving problems. The days required for this reclamation planning are 69 days, or 2 months and 1 week for its implementation. The total cost required to reclaim the post-mining area which has an area of 3.6 ha is Rp. 343.243.711 with a total direct cost of Rp. 257.111.396 and indirect costs of Rp. 86.132.315. Reclamation planning in the post-mining area is based on the following considerations. Arrangement of the soil surface, determination of topsoil volume, sowing of topsoil, construction of drainage channels, revegetation, and maintenance. Direct costs in planning reclamation are divided into costs for land use and costs for revegetation and maintenance.
