This study entitled "Evaluation of the Process of Issuing Decision Feasibility Analysis of Recipients of Professional Allowances for Teachers at the Office of the Ministry of Religion, Ogan Ilir Regency". This study aims to determine what are the constraints that occur in the process of issuing the decision to analyze the eligibility of teacher professional allowance recipients. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. Sources of data obtained from primary data and secondary data, data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. This research uses the CIPP evaluation model from Stufflebeam which consists of four aspects, namely Context Evaluation, Input Evaluation, Process Evaluation, and Product Evaluation. The results of this study indicate that the process of issuing a decision letter to analyze the feasibility of receiving the professional teacher allowance at the Ministry of Religion Office of Ogan Ilir Regency is good enough but not optimal because there are still obstacles in the implementation process, namely human resources (operators) and lack of facilities, time and information is unclear, planning has not been implemented according to regulations such as the absence of socialization by the Madrasah Education section, frequent system problems and delays in operators filling in or verification of data, many teachers who do not understand the features of SKAKPT, and many teachers are still late in submitting the requirements file. Suggestions recommended in this study are the provision of socialization, additional facilities, making SOPs and the structure of the PENMAD section.
