STRATEGI KOMUNIKASI PEMASARAN KOPI JANJI JIWA DI KOTA PALEMBANG MELALUI MEDIA SOSIAL INSTAGRAM
This study aims to describe the implementation and process of marketing communication strategies for Kopi Janji Jiwa Palembang through social media Instagram. In this study, researchers used Freddy Rangkuti's theory in his book entitled creative promotion strategies and case analysis of integrated marketing communication, namely advertising, sales promotion, public relations, personal selling and direct marketing. This type of research is qualitative research with data obtained from in-depth interviews with key informants from Kopi Janji Jiwa Palembang, namely Edison (Owner) and Aripin (Supervisor), then to support this research conducted interviews with the customer of Kopi Janji Jiwa Palembang, namely Dwi Sigma. In addition, data collection techniques were also carried out through observations on social media Instagram, Kopi Janji Jiwa Palembang and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the marketing communication strategy carried out by Kopi Janji Jiwa Palembang includes advertising, sales promotion, public relations, personal selling, and direct marketing. The strategy is carried out quite well in accordance with the theory used, although there are still some parts that are not optimal.
