ANALISIS PERUBAHAN PARAMETER KUALITAS BATUBARA DI FRONT PENAMBANGAN DAN STOCKPILE PT. TRIARYANI DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE REGRESI LINEAR BERGANDA
Coal quality is something that will affect the economic value of the coal to be mined. Coal quality is influenced by factors of total moisture, ash content, volatile matter, total sulfur, fixed carbon, and caloric value. However, the quality parameters of coal can change, this is indicated mainly by the change in calorific value of coal sampling when it is at the mining front and stockpile. This study aims to analyze the magnitude of Changes Coal Quality Parameters Between at the Mining Front and at the Stockpile of PT. Triaryani, to determine the factors that influence Changes in Coal Quality Parameters Between at the Mining Front and at the Stockpile of PT. Triaryani to analyze the effect of coal quality parameters on the calorific value of coal at PT. Triaryani, and knowing how to control the coal quality of PT. Triaryani. This study was observed by analyzing the proximate test results of coal quality parameters using multiple linear regression method in the SPSS application and observating conducting the environmental conditions of the mining front and stockpile of PT. Triaryani. After analyzing the data using the application of spss, it is known that the coal quality parameters which is change significantly are total moisture, volatile matter, and caloric value. These changes can be caused by several factors from the mining process and the influence of weather. To see the effect of each coal quality parameter on the calorific value of coal, data analysis was carried out using the multiple linear regression method in the SPSS to obtain a mathematical model: CV = 6684,727 – 66,983 TM – 70,338 AC + 1,407 VM + 434,867 TS The results of the analysis of the multiple regression method show that an increase of 1% TM (ar) will reduce 66,983 kcal/kg (ar) the calorific value, an increase of 1% AC (ar) will decrease 70,338 kcal/kg (ar) the calorific value, an increase of 1% VM (ar) will increase 1,407 kcal/kg (ar) the calorific value, and an increase of 0,01% TS will increase 4,349 kcal/kg (ar) the calorific value. The ways that can be done to control quality of coal are the application of the FIFO principle, separating the coal that have spontaneous combustion , watering the haul roads regularly, using chemicals, arranging the water flow, cleaning vessel non coal materials, using roll crusher , trucks from hand sorting, and tighten selective mining.
