This study aims to see how the political communication strategy carried out by the winning team for the candidate pair for regent and deputy regent H. Sukirman and Bong Ming Ming in the simultaneous elections in West Bangka 2020. This study uses a qualitative method with descriptive techniques. The theory used in this study is the theory of political communication strategy by Anwar Arifin who sees political communication strategy based on three dimensions, namely character and institutional, creating togetherness and building consensus. The data used in the form of primary data obtained through in-depth interviews with informants and secondary data obtained through literature study, observation and documentation. The results of this study are that the political communication strategy carried out by the winning team in the 2020 simultaneous elections in West Bangka Regency has fulfilled three dimensions in Anwar Arifin's theory of political communication strategy and succeeded in bringing victory to the candidate pair H. Sukirman and Bong Ming Ming. However, there are a number of records of the evaluation results of the political communication strategy carried out by the winning team, such as the use of online media must be maximized considering that simultaneous elections in the midst of a pandemic are not possible to carry out activities by gathering masses, the winning team must be more active in interacting with the community through social media in order to create closeness and togetherness between the team and the community.
