The purpose of the research on Organizational Communication of the Palembang SAR Office in Realizing Gender Equality in Employees is to see how the embodiment of organizational communication of the Palembang SAR Office to all employees The Palembang SAR office is a government organization that is directly responsible to the president. The Palembang SAR office has more male employees than women, this is one of the reasons why this research was conducted. According to the systems theory proposed by Scott, there are four basic assumptions, namely non-summativity, elements of structure, function, and evolution, openness and hierarchy. Based on the analysis of the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that the Organizational Communication of the Palembang SAR Office in Achieving Gender Equality has implemented a form of gender equality based on the components of gender equality in an organization proposed by the ILO, because in it both male and female employees have rights and the same obligations.
