KOMUNIKASI INTERNAL ANTAR KARYAWAN (STUDI PADA CV. HYPERLOKAL INDONESIA TAHUN 2020)
Internal Communication Between Employees (Studies on CV. Hyperlokal Indonesia in 2020) is a descriptive study conducted to describe the condition of internal communication between employees of CV. Hyperlokal Indonesia. This study used Welch and Jackson's (2007) theory of internal communication with qualitative research method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, documentation and observation. Internal communication has an important role for the company’s sustainability to achieving the goals. Based on Welch and Jackson’s theory, the dimensions of commitment to the organization and understanding of its evolving aims have worked well, but the third and fourth dimensions which are belonging to the organizations and awareness of its changing environment still have not worked well. There are differences in standards in comparison and determined satisfaction in the scope of the work environment, loyalty, and appreciation felt by employees. So, the result of this study suggested that the internal communication between employees at CV. Hyperlokal Indonesia have yet to established firmly. Therefore, to achieve good internal corporate communication in the company, CV. Hyperlokal Indonesia must be able to know and understand what employees need and receive so that they have stability in the company's internal communications which means this will also help the company's sustainability and achieve the company's long-term goals.
