The increase cases of human trafficking in the Southeast Asian region has forced ASEAN to increase securitization in the region and responded through the ASEAN Convention Against Trafficking in Persons, Especially in Women and Children (ACTIP) so that cooperation occurs through the ASEAN framework in order to maintain regional stability and security. This study aims to determine how the implementation of ACTIP in Indonesia, this study uses the theory of implementation of the international regime developed by Gianluca Feraro, et al (2009). This research looks at the implementation of international regimes through, 1. Ratification process, 2. Transformation into national legislation, 3. Exercise of national programme, 4. Relations between regulators, 5. Consequence target group. The research method is descriptive-qualitative research. Sources of data collected by the author is secondary data. The data collection technique was carried out by literature study through documentation from various relevant sources such as journals, books, news and the official websites of ASEAN and the Indonesian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The results showed that the implementation of the international regime in Indonesia went through 3 stages, namely the first ratification process by the Indonesian People's Representative Council. Then the transformation into national legislation which is realized in UU No 12 Tahun 2017 concerning ACTIP. Then maximize the national program in eradicating human trafficking in Indonesia, namely through Gugus Tugas Tindak Pidana Perdagangan Orang (GT-TPPO) and Badan Pusat Pelayanan Terpadu Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Anak (BP2TP2A) for rehabilitation and assistance to victims of human trafficking.
