ANALISA PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN PELAT ALUMINIUM KOMPOSIT BERLUBANG SEBAGAI SISTEM PENDINGIN TERHADAP EFISIENSI PANEL SURYA MONOKRISTALIN 100WP
Research has been successfully carried out to determine the effect of using perforated aluminum plates on the efficiency of 100WP monocrystalline solar panels. As for a 100WP monocrystalline solar panel that can be found when exposed to solar radiation it will cause the temperature of the solar panel which will then reduce its efficiency. Therefore, in this research used a cooling system mounted on the solar back panel perforated aluminum composite plate with variations in thermal conductivity, where ACP 1 is 226.06103 W/m.K, ACP 2 is
235.177922 W/m.K, ACP 3 is 236.378946 W/m.K The plate dimensions are 960 mm x 600 mm x 20 mm and the number of holes is 1,515. The solar panel specifications are 1022 mm x 665 mm x 30 mm, monocrystalline type, with the
ability to produce a maximum power of 100 WP as much as 4 units. From the research that has been done, it shows that the greater the thermal conductivity of the ACP material, the greater the decrease in temperature on the solar panel which will affect the external power and efficiency of the solar panel. This can be seen in the results of the study where the highest efficiency of 21.67449% was produced by solar panels paired with ACP 3 plates with a thermal conductivity of 236.378946 W/mK, then the lowest efficiency was produced by solar panels
without cooling plates with efficiency 12.37165% and when compared with solar panels that use ACP cooling, the lowest efficiency is produced by solar panels with ACP 1 where the thermal conductivity value is 226,061013 W/m.K
