EVALUASI TINGKAT KEBERHASILAN REKLAMASI PADA LAHAN DISPOSAL SISI BARAT DI PT. ASTAKA DODOL KABUPATEN MUSI BANYUASI PROVINSI SUMATERA SELATAN

PT. Astaka Dodol is one of the coal mining companies in Kab. Musi Banyuasin, South Sumatra Province. Reclamation activities include land use, revegetation and final settlement in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. The company has carried out reclamation activities that need to be evaluated in order to determine the percentage of reclamation success at western disposal (According to Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Decree No. 1827K/30/MEM of 2018). From the results of the comparison of data between the plan and the realization of the reclamation of the western side of the disposal. The plan for managing the west side of the disposal area is 2 hectares, but the realization is 1.2 hectares and the plan for spreading topsoil of 6,000 m3 has been realized at 3,865 m3. Following the revegetation plan that has been made of 1,250 trees but the realization is that around 750 trees have been planted. The cause was not realized according to the plan due to changes in the area of the disposal area. The results of the evaluation that have been carried out by comparing the planned and realized data that have been obtained in the field for land use are 39.8% of the total weight value of 60%. Then the revegetation that is obtained is 15% of the total weight value of 20%. And the final settlement is obtained by 1.2% of the total weight of the value of 20%. From the details of the values above, a total score of 56% is classified as being in the acceptable category with a note that improvements must be made until it reaches a value of > 100%.
