The research was conducted in green house and Entomology laboratory, Departement of Pest and Plant diseaseas, Agriculture Faculty Sriwijaya University, from April to Agustus 2009. The methode used was experiments and was arranged in a completely randomized completely design with 10 treatments and 3 replications. Where’s one of them was better than research before. Then it was replicated until 10 generations. The quality of beauveria bassiana based on viability and germination spores. To get the second generations based on reinvest spore of B. bassiana ffom first subculture was recultured on GYA medium with the same way. The result showed that subculture did not give an effect to L. acuta nymph mortality. Although, subculture was replicated until 10 times but the mortality still ranged from 80-100 %.
