PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP BERBAGI PENGETAHUAN DAN IMPLIKASI NYA PADA KINERJA ASISTEN LABORATORIUM TERPADU UNIVERSITAS SRIWIJAYA
Knowledge is a vital asset for the sustainability and development of an organization. Knowledge is a very important resource for organizations, because knowledge is an asset which if managed properly will improve performance. Therefore, it is very important to carry out Knowledge Management on this knowledge so that it can be empowered and used optimally by the organization. The most important part in knowledge management is to encourage people in the organization to share knowledge, therefore research is carried out on what factors can affect knowledge sharing and performance. In this study, the framework of thinking is constructed into a model adopted from the Organizational Culture Theory model. Primary data was obtained through a questionnaire with 126 respondents who were taken using a simple random sampling technique. Data processing was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Square (PLS). The results show that of the six organizational culture factors, three of them have a significant influence on knowledge sharing, namely Information Systems, Processes and Organizational Structures. And knowledge sharing has a significant effect on performance with a coefficient of 0.292. Furthermore, the results of the study show that performance as the dependent variable is influenced by independent variables, namely Information Systems, Humans, Processes, Leadership, Rewards, Organizational Structures and Knowledge Sharing Behavior with a Determinasj Coefficient of 0.550.
