Elsha Beauty House beauty clinic needs to maintain customer loyalty in order to remain and survive in business competition, one way is to maintain customer loyalty through a questionnaire that will be distributed later. The problem faced in this study is the increasing number of beauty care facilities and so that consumer satisfaction must be maintained so that consumer loyalty can be maintained.
