The process of selecting a Beauty Clinic is not a simple thing, consumers must choose wisely and precisely which Beauty Clinic they will choose to entrust their skin care with, because appearance is the most concerned thing to increase one's confidence. Currently, consumers only visit one Beauty Clinic one by one to get treatment that suits their needs and abilities, this will certainly take a lot of time and money. Therefore, the aim of the website-based Decision Support System (DSS) research using the Technique for Order by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method is to assist consumers in choosing a beauty clinic that suits consumers' needs and abilities. The results of this study provide the best alternative recommendations that have been determined based on the ranking of the TOPSIS calculation which consists of 7 criteria that have been filled in by consumers, namely the criteria for Price, Facilities, Cleanliness, Operational Location, Distance from the city center, specialist doctors, and treatments.
