CV business entity. Sahabat Sehati Palembang is a company that provides ready-to-use spices that customers can use directly and easily for daily cooking needs. Besides being easy and practical to use, these ready-to-use seasonings are also available in various types of cooking spices for a variety of dishes. In the process of promotion and sales transactions, CV. Sahabat Sehati Palembang still has difficulty reaching wider customers. This is because the promotional media is limited only through brochures. In addition, product list updates and product information cannot be accessed directly by customers because they do not have a website that can be used as a promotional media. In addition, customers must come directly to make transactions or it can be via telephone, but this is quite difficult for the admin or officer to record customer orders, so that errors often occur in recording orders or mistake in calculating transactions.
