PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN TERHADAP TINGKAT KEPUASAN PELANGGAN PADA RUMAH SAKIT KHUSUS MATA PROVINSI SUMATERA SELATAN
The purpose of This study aims to determine whether the quality of Service that is provided by a Rumah Sakit Khusus Mata South Sumatera Provincial simultaneously and partially on patient satisfaction Rumah Sakit Khusus Mata South Sumatera Province and to identify variables Which Service Quality dominan t influence on patient satisfaction Rumah Sakit Khusus Mata South Sumatera Provincial. so as to know the influence of Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction. Analysis techniques used in this research is the analysis of multiple regression models. Through the F test can be seen that the independent variables simultaneously, namely reliability and Empathy jointly have significant influence on the dependent variable of consumer satisfaction. Through t test can be seen in partial reliability and Empathy positive and significant impact on patient satisfaction Rumah Sakit Khusus Mata, it can be concluded that the multiple regression analysis reliability and empathy variables significantly influence consumer satisfaction.
