This Research aims to determine the extent of consumer satisfaction influenced for Service given by Bus of Rapid Transit ( BRT) Trans Musi of Unsri Inderalaya - Unsri Palembang majors, and to know which dimension of most having an effeci on Service quality and require to be improved and also defended to consumer satisfaction. Result of research indicate that from samples as much 100 responders represented consumer of BRT Trans Musi of Unsri Inderalaya-Unsri Palembang Majors, Service quality only have an effect on equal to 26,1% to consumer satisfaction and the rest of equal to 73,9 % influenced by other factor which is not explained in this research. From fifth of independent variables which are tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and emphaty known that which dominant influenced variable t o consumer satisfaction is emphaty.
