The purpose of this study is to know the inflaence of Service Quality variahles to Customer Satisfaction as simultaneously and partially at PT. Askes on RSUD Bari Palembang and to identify of Service Ouality variahles which have dominant injluence to Customer Satisfaction at PT. Askes on RSUD Bari Palembang, so we can be know the injluence of Service Quality to Customer Satisfaction at PT. Askes on RSUD Bari Palembang. Technique analysis that used in this study is multiple regression mode! analysis. From F tesi, as simultaneously we can be know that the independent variahles which are Assurance and Empathy have a significant injluence to dependent variable, which is Customer Satisfaction. From t test. we can be know as partially that Assurance, and Empathy variahles have positive and significant injluence to Customer Satisfaction at PT. Askes on RSUD Bari Palembang, so we can get the conclusion, the multiple regression analysis which is Assurance and Empathy variahles have significant injluence to Customer Satisfaction.
