The selection of drug suppliers is important in the activities of product supply. By choosing the right supplier, the smooth supply of the drug will also affect the long-term relationship and cost efficiency incurred. The combination of Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) and Technique Order Preference with Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method in the selection of suppliers in pharmacies will help pharmacy owners to select suppliers based on the specified criteria. The criteria used in this research are shipping, quality, number of products, price, payment and service. The predetermined criteria will be searched for weight values using intervals of 0-100 with the most important priority based on the SMART method and then using the TOPSIS method to obtain an alternate rating based on the preference value. From the combination of SMART and TOPSIS methods against supplier selection obtained the result of percentage accuracy with hamming distance of 86.66% and euclidean distance of 0.0026 so it can be concluded that this combination method can be used in the selection of pharmacy suppliers.
