This research at the 26 Ilir Head Office of Palembang City aims to build an inventory application for facilities and infrastructure based on a mobile website in order to increase the effectiveness of the agency's work and make it easier to overcome the problems encountered previously. The benefits of this research are to simplify the process of inventorying a facility and infrastructure and make it easier to make routine inventory reports. In this study, the authors use data collection methods by taking data at the Lurah 26 Ilir Office of Palembang City, also interviewing the lurah office staff and literature studies as problem solving reading materials, and using the PBO paradigm (Object Oriented Programming) in the form of UML development language as application design. . Applications are made based on the theory of waterfall development with a series of activities including needs analysis, design, implementation and testing, implementation, and maintenance activities. The implementation of the system uses the codeigniter framework and MySql as the database. The test results have been tested in accordance with the design scenario that has been made. The results of this study are that the existence of an inventory application for facilities and infrastructure based on a mobile website at the Lurah 26 Ilir Office of Palembang City can facilitate officers at the 26 Ilir Lurah Office in managing goods data and goods data per room as well as in making routine reports.
