The purpose of this study was Gapoktan Keramat Jaya Measuring dynamics that support the development of agribusiness vegetables, Identifying the factors affecting the dynamics of the Sacred farmers group Keramat Jaya for agribusiness development vegetables, describe business that can be developed farmers group Keramat Jaya in the development of agribusiness vegetables.
This research was conducted in the Village of Salado Keramat, Banyuasin. election this location is done intentionally (purposive). Sacred Gutter Village is a village that almost the majority of vegetable farmers. The method used in this study is a survey method, the data derived from primary and secondary data. The sampling method used in this study was stratified random sampling method is not impartial. Total population of the growers as much as 82 families with a sample of 30 families.
Gapoktan Keramat Jaya level dynamics in the development of agribusiness vegetables have high criteria with a score of 29.27. Factors that affect group dynamics of human resources, credit and agricultural extension. Efforts that can be developed in the upstream subsystems, namely: UPJA, kiosk stall and pesticides, nurseries, credit unions, production subsystems, namely: integrated farming and cropping pattern arrangement, downstream subsystems namely: processing and marketing.
